Day 2

Arrival in the Land of Smiles Monday, October 26: Welcome to Thailand. As your flight touches down in Bangkok, and after your long journey, we prioritize your comfort. You will be met by our professional guides and whisked away to the 5-star Amari Pratunam. Upon arrival, enjoy a refreshing cold towel and a welcome drink as we handle your group check-in. Settle into your Deluxe Room and take today and this evening to rest and rejuvenate for the adventure ahead.

Day 3

Royal Wonders & The Welcome Gala Tuesday, October 27: Enjoy a well-deserved “sleep-in” morning. Our exploration begins at 11:00 AM at the breathtaking Wat Pho, home to the majestic gold-leaf Reclining Buddha. We will enjoy a soulful lunch at a local gem along the Chao Phraya River before visiting the spectacular Grand Palace. The evening is the highlight of our stay in Bangkok: our Official Welcome Dinner. Hosted at the Amari Pratunam, this international buffet features free-flow house wines, local beers, and soft drinks. It is the perfect time to toast to sisterhood, brotherhood, and the trip of a lifetime.

Day 4

Bangkok After Dark & Secret Bars Wednesday, October 28: Today is yours to design. Relax at the hotel, enjoy the amenities, do some serious shopping, or take a Thai Cooking Class (see below). As evening falls, the city transforms. At 7:00 PM, your private Tuk Tuk chauffeurs arrive to take you on a spirited ride through the neon-lit streets. We will sample Bangkok’s legendary street food and end the night with a sophisticated mocktail at a “Secret Rooftop Bar” with stunning views.

Day 5

Markets, Canals & A Glistening Cruise Thursday, October 29: Experience the rhythm of local life today. We head to the Meklong Railway Market to watch the train pass through the center of the stalls, with lunch at a local restaurant for true Thai cuisine. We will board a long-tail boat for a scenic ride into the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. After returning to the hotel for a quick refresh, the evening concludes with elegance on our 2-hour Dinner Cruise. Dine on fine cuisine as you glide past the illuminated Temple of Dawn.

Day 6

Island Life & Andaman Sunsets Friday, October 30: We trade the city skyline for island breezes as we fly to Phuket. Our group flight from Bangkok to Phuket is included. Check into Amari Phuket, your 5-star beachfront sanctuary. In the late afternoon, we will head to the Promthep Viewpoint, the island’s most iconic spot, to watch the sunset with drinks and snacks. We will conclude the evening in Patong, where you can explore the vibrant night markets at your leisure, taking in the dining and shopping options. Return on your own.

Day 7

The “Soft Life” at Banana Beach Saturday, October 31: Today is dedicated to sun, sea, and serenity. A 15-minute speedboat ride brings us to Banana Beach (Koh Hey). This is a day for pure relaxation. Enjoy snorkeling in turquoise waters, gliding in a clear kayak, or simply lounging in your beach chair. A lush buffet lunch is served on the sand, featuring local favorites like Seafood Tom Yam and Cashew Chicken. Elevate Your Day: with “Beach Extras” (additional fees apply), including soothing seaside massages, parasailing for a bird’s eye view of the coast, or simply extra time for swimming and sunbathing. It is your day to bask in “Soft Life” exactly how you choose. Return to the resort for a free evening of enjoyment.

Day 8

Wat Charlong & Old Town Charm Sunday, November 1: We begin at 11:00 AM with a visit to Wat Chalong Temple, officially called Wat Chaiyathararam, which is the largest and most visited Buddhist temple in Phuket. After a local lunch, we will spend the afternoon exploring and shopping in Phuket Old Town. This area is a photographer’s dream with its colorful architecture. I highly recommend visiting Torry’s Ice Cream or the Prem Thai Dessert Cafe for a taste of local sweetness.

Day 9

Leisure & The Farewell Celebration Monday, November 2: Your final full day is open for relaxation or one of our Phuket Optional Experiences. Whether you want to visit the Elephant Sanctuary, take a Thai Cooking Class, or see the Phi Phi Islands, today is about your personal joy. At 8:00 PM, we gather for our Grand Farewell Party. With a private DJ, a gourmet feast, and free-flow wines and spirits, we will celebrate the memories made and the bonds strengthened during our journey.

Day 10

The Final Gems & Farewell Tuesday, November 3: Enjoy a final breakfast at your pace and some last-minute relaxation. After checking out at noon, we will visit the world-renowned Gems Gallery for any last-minute treasures before heading to the airport. You will depart with a full heart and a renewed spirit, ready for your journey back to the USA.

Optional Excursion

Due to overlapping times, you may only choose one per day. October 28th Thai Cooking Class in Bangkok Blending the elements of several Southeast Asian traditions, Thai cooking places emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components. You will explore all, from the basics to the table. Depart Pickup 8:30 am Activities start at 10:30 am (Appx. 4 hrs) Including:

  • Introducing and guiding the fresh ingredients of Thai cooking
  • Making of Curry Paste Red (using a mortar and pestle, to experience authentic Thai food preparation)
  • Chicagken in Pamdanus Leaf
  • Papaya Salad

Payment Information

Not adhering to the payment schedule can result in late payment fees, cancellation without notice, and/or rate increases.
  • 25% of the per person package price is non-refundable and due at the time of booking
  • 50% of the per person package price is due by March 9, 2026 (2nd payment of 25%)
  • 75% of the per person package price is due by July 10, 2026 (3rd payment of 25%)
  • Full and final payment is due by September 10, 2026
All prices are in US Dollars. Due to exchange rate changes, taxes, and other factors, we do not guarantee the amount of the final Tour Fee until the Full and Final Payment Date; prior to said date, we may increase the Tour price. Except as expressly stated in the Itinerary, you are solely responsible for any Tour-related costs that you incur.
Notice of change/cancellation must be made in writing to Advantage International, LLC, and your cancellation date will be the date we actually receive your notice: A name change can be requested, but cannot be guaranteed, and additional fees will apply. All changes are subject to availability and rate differences and are not guaranteed.

We must receive your cancellation notice in writing by email, fax, or overnight courier, and your cancellation date will be the date we receive your notice. Your decision not to participate in the Tour due to State Department warnings, fear of travel, or the like will be deemed a cancellation. If a flight or another delay for any reason prevents you from joining the Tour on the Tour start date, you will be considered a no-show, and we cannot provide a full or partial refund or credit toward a future Tour, but you may join the Tour late if you wish. Frequently Asked Questions

Package inclusions vary by trip and are spelled out on your invoice and/or itinerary. Most packages include air transportation, transfers, accommodations, tours and events.

Anything that is not mentioned on the invoice or itinerary is not included in the package. Standard items that are not included are as follows:

  • Travelers insurance
  • Passport fee processing
  • Visa fee and processing, if required
  • Items of a personal nature
  • Gratuities, unless noted in inclusions
  • Baggage handling above the set limits
  • Airline baggage fees
  • Individual ground transportation
  • Meals and beverages not listed on the itinerary

While this is a personal choice and based on the destination, we recommend $50 to $100 per person, per day.

No, you do not have to tour with the group. The group package and itinerary are scheduled; however, if you do not want to participate in any land tour on any day, you may opt out. Any tours that you do not join are non-refundable and cannot be used as payment for or credit toward individual tours.

Yes, you can extend your trip. We will make a request on your behalf, and provide you a quote for the additional services will provided. All additional expenses are your responsibility.

We have a “single willing to share” program for registered trip participants. Once you have registered with a deposit, we then put you in contact with other registered “single willing to share” trip participants so that you can explore the possibility of rooming together on the trip.

It’s up to you. If you choose to share a room with another registered trip participant, both of you must let us know.

Gratuities for local tour guides and bus drivers are not included, unless specified on the itinerary. You may tip at your discretion.

Yes. If you would like for us to plan a trip for you, complete the “Plan A Trip” form.

General Terms and Conditions are available here. Each group trip has its own payment schedule and cancellation policy. Please review the policy on the trips page. Please note funds cannot be applied to other trips and while name changes may be permitted, funds are non-transferable.

On our group tours, each person is allowed one carry-on bag and one checked bag. The baggage size and weight restrictions are set by the airline.

Once we arrive at a destination, we travel by motorcoach and your baggage must fit in the bus. In addition, we sometimes travel by domestic flights or train within a country and those carriers might have restrictions on baggage size or weight.

All international trips require a passport. The validity of the passport will vary by destination. However, many destinations require a passport validity is 6 months beyond the date of departure from the country you are visiting.
